Data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to send us through the contact form: your company name, your name, your phone number, your e-mail address and the content of your message.
Browsing the site requires no account and involves no advertising profiling.
Purposes and legal bases
Your data is used solely to handle your request, to get back to you and, where relevant, to arrange a demonstration of the solution.
The legal bases are your consent, given by submitting the form, and LAIXPERT's legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to it.
Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible only to authorised staff within LAIXPERT. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
The contact form is operated by Tally BV (9000 Ghent, Belgium), which hosts the responses on our behalf. The data remains hosted within the European Union.
Website hosting is provided by OVH SAS, in France.
Retention period
Enquiries received through the form are kept for as long as needed to handle them, then archived for a maximum of three years from the last contact, in line with the French data protection authority's guidance on business prospecting.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@laixpert.com. You will receive a reply within one month.
If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies and trackers
The website sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
The contact form is embedded as a frame provided by Tally, which may set cookies strictly necessary for its operation when you interact with it.
Security
The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Exchanges with the form are encrypted in transit and access to responses is restricted to authorised staff.
